Mannin Music proudly presents a free Showcase on the 28th June 2015 at 12.00  – 6.00pm at the Youth Arts Centre. Pupils of Mannin Music will be demonstrating their considerable talents with pieces of music in violin, piano, flute and  much more in classical, folk, rock and musical theatre.

Mannin Music is a collaboration of private music teachers on the Isle of Man. Their aim is to provide a central contact point for you to find enthusiastic and qualified music teachers. They currently offer lessons in piano, harp, voice, violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, whistle, clarinet, saxophone, acoustic and electric guitar, electric bass, drums, theory, GCSE/A level/IB tutoring, and also in recording and live sound engineering. Lessons are available in a number of different musical styles i.e., classical, folk/Celtic, rock and pop, musical theatre etc.

All our teachers also enter pupils for ABRSM and Rock School grade exams if students wish to take these qualifications. They plan to run a variety of music related courses over school holiday periods. Keep an eye out for details on these.

Mannin Music has a qualified and experienced sound engineer working with them. If you are interested in producing a demo recording, or would like a multi-track made of a live gig, then get in touch. Giving someone the opportunity to record a short demo CD can also be an interesting and unusual present.
